Must Have Women’s Razor For Sensitive Skin

Who else is on the hunt for the best women’s razor?  Spring break is right around the corner and next thing you know, summer will be here.  Queue the swimsuits, shorts and sundresses and collective sigh for having to shave more than once a month.  Let’s face it, shaving can really stink.  Razor burn, ingrown hairs and tight dry legs aren’t exactly things we look forward too. Luckily, we now have the Flamingo razor and wax strips.  Which means it’s time to push the Debbie Downer aside!

I am pumped about the new Flamingo razor because it features a German engineered 5 bladed razor with a moisturizing strip that does not get slimy and suction cup holder you can move around the shower.  Want the cherry on top…it is all super affordable!  The starter set includes a razor, replacement head, travel size shave gel, travel size lotion and suction holder for only $16.  The Bare Bundle also includes wax strips for only $8 more.

The Flamingo Razor

I am always on the hunt for the best women’s razor because I have very sensitive skin and if the shaving cream isn’t moisturizing enough or the blade is even slightly dull, I’m looking at a week’s worth of ingrown hairs and irritation.  I had one foot in the door for laser hair removal, until I tried the Flamingo razor.  Immediately noticed my legs not only felt smooth, but they felt moisturized.  The Flamingo also has a hydration strip that does not get slimy and gooey from sitting in a damp shower.  One of my favorite accessory features is the movable suction cup holder.  I can place it high on the wall so little hands aren’t grabbing it or hang it on the hotel shower wall to reduce germ exposure.

If you try one accessory, make it the shave gel.  It not only won an Allure Best Of Beauty Award but it is formulated with Aloe Vera and conditioning emollients, legs will feel smooth and soft instead of tight and dry post-shave.  With this foam a little goes a long way. The bottle has lasted me an entire month and the scent is nothing short of a spa like experience.

The Wax Strips

Microblading is all the rage but it was also making my skin rage.  I constantly had ingrown hairs or small irritated bumps where I tried to remove peach fuzz on my face.  The soft gel wax strips and post care wax cloths calmed the sting and eliminated any leftover stickiness.  I also loved using the wax strips on my knees and fronts of my shins where the hair seems to grow the fastest.

The wax strips come in multiple sizes for different areas of the body.  There are smaller strips for your face and larger strips for areas like your legs or armpits.
