Winter date night outfits can be a real challenge when dealing with the constantly changing weather. For some of you the whipping winds and gusts of snow don’t lend themselves to showing a smidgen of skin. Here in Texas we can easily have a 30 degree temperature drop in a few hours. Of course it is the holiday season and everyone wants to go out for drinks or have people over to celebrate.

When I saw these booties I knew I had to have them straight off the bat. After diamonds, shoes are a girls best friend! Nothing gets me more than a black boot with a pointed toe. The point helps elongate the leg and these look super chic. I love pairing them with distressed denim to give them a little bit of edge.

This sweater is so soft and I love the mock neck. This would also be really cute layered with this striped long sleeve tee. You could also pair it with a skirt and give it a little front tuck. I am wearing a small in the sweater.
Normally I am wearing this mom uniform but distressed jeans are my favorite right now. Winter doesn’t lend itself to showing a lot of skin so distressed jeans are perfect for a winter date night outfit. They let you show a little bit of skin without freezing your toockus off.
