Who out there loves an everyday causal fall look? I’ll be honest, I am not usually running around town in heels and a fancy dress! Surprise surprise! However, I do like to look put together. This look is comfortable and perfect if you are looking to ditch the workout pants and Lulu jacket.

For me a casual fall look consists of a comfortable and versatile pair of pants like these olive green utility pants. These are a great pair of pants with a little stretch in them. I love the neutral olive color too. These utility pants have some fun detailing on the legs and zippers down at the ankles.

Next, I added a simple tee and a fun scarf.  I have an insane love for leopard so I added this light leopard scarf for interest. I LOVE this leopard scarf and ordered it the other day. I can’t wait for it to come in!

My cognac and gold sandals have been a summer staple that I have continued to wear through fall. They are also available in a silver/black combo.

Last week I was my hometown of Austin, TX to visit family. I took my Sister In Law, niece and daughter downtown to check out some of Austin’s mural walls. We had a blast and enjoyed our time together.  If you have never been to Austin, it is truly a fun city for exploring. I would recommend visiting in October, November, April, May or June.  The weather is pretty hot and miserable during the other months.  There are fun hiking spots like Mt. Bonnell or the 360 Bridge overlook.  During our visit, we hiked the 360 bridge overlook because we had the kids and it is a relatively simple and short hike.  Check out our family picture and the view on my Instagram page!

Austin is known for their live music, lakes and delicious Mexican food! Below is a list of some fun Austin Hot Spots.

Texas State Capitol

Baylor Street Art Wall and  Mural Wall Art

Congress Avenue Bats – spring to early fall and so cool!

Kayak or Canoe Ladybird Lake aka Lake Austin

6th Street or the New Rainey Street

Hamilton Pool and Krause Springs

Concert at Stubb’s

Mexican Food at Fonda San Miguel

Happy Fall Ya’ll! I hope the weather is cooling down for you so you can enjoy a comfy and casual fall look!
