Alright gals! I worked out, carb loaded and hydrated in order to tackle this year’s Nordstrom Anniversary Sale! I went through All. The. Things so I could show you the best of the best. A lot of things were selling out FAST, like this All Saints leather jacket. and this drape neck sweater My store had one left on the rack by the time I arrived at 10am.
Today I’m going to share my Nordstrom Anniversary Sale favorites that I feel will be super popular and have a high chance of selling out.
I have labeled items *HIGH SELL OUT RISK* where I think items will sell out fast. I suggest adding these items to your cart and checking out ASAP. Remember…Nordstrom has free shipping and free returns soy you can place multiple orders in a day.
My Size Reference: I’m tall (5’9) pear/hourglass shaped, weighing about 145 and wear a 34D bra. I typically wear size 28/29 jeans,
small/medium tops & size 4/6 dresses.
NORDSTROM ANNIVERSARY SALE FAVORITES- DRESSING ROOM EDITION
Let’s start with SHOES!!! Shoes will be a BIG Nordstrom Anniversary Sale favorite this year. These were my personal favorites for their functionality, ease of style and comfort level. You will see the shoes below styled multiple ways in today’s post as well as in tomorrow’s post.

*HIGH SELL OUT RISK* These pointed toe snake print booties will sell out MAJORLY FAST! They run TTS and are beyond comfy. I love the mix of white, brown and black. This way they can be styled with so many different outfits.
BOOTIE: TTS
COLE HAAN SLIP ON SNEAKERS: I didn’t see these until yesterday and they are a serious dream. Basically the shoe version of the Barefoot Dreams Cardigan. They do run a tad big so I suggest going down 1/2 size.
SLIP ON SNEAKERS: Go down 1/2 size
ADIDAS SNEAKERS: I buy a pair of sneakers during every anniversary sale. These come in white and black (shown above). These were light weight, comfortable and I liked the style better than the Nikes.

CARDIGAN FIT: I’m wearing XS/S
The Cole Haan slip on sneakers are made of buttery soft leather and feel like you are walking on memory foam. They are truly divine. This pair is blush with a small snake skin strip on the back. I did size down 1/2 a size.
SHOE FIT: Go down 1/2 Size
NORDSTROM ANNIVERSARY SALE SLOUCHY SWEATER & STUDDED FLATS
Chelsea28 Slouchy Sweater (XS) / Studded Flats (9) / Black Jeans (6)
*HIGH SELL OUT RISK* Chelsea28 is one of my favorite Nordstrom brands. This slouchy sweater with chunky rolled sleeves was flying off the rack. I almost fought someone for the last extra small. Just kidding! I semi stalked someone until they put one back. This sweater was soft and also looked adorable with skirts. If you are on the shorter side this could also work with leggings.
SWEATER FIT: This does run oversized so I suggest sizing down.
*HIGH SELL OUT RISK* These studded flats were soft and comfy. The pointed toe elongates the leg -you’ll never see me in a rounded toe/almond toe shoe. The studs add a fun street style element to a normally basic shoe.
SHOE FIT: TTS – wearing 9
BLACK JEANS: My two favorite pairs from the Nordstrom Anniversary sale are the black Wit And Wisdom jeans and Madewell jeans. The fabric in both of these have the perfect amount of stretch, the waist keeps your muffin top at bay and they smooth in all the right places while lifting the booty.

NORDSTROM ANNIVERSARY SALE LACE CAMI & OTK BOOTS

*HIGH SELL OUT RISK* These lace and satin camis sell like hot cakes during every Nordstrom Anniversary Sale. They legit fly off the shelves. For $25 these make the prettiest layering pieces under cardigans, blazers and jackets. I bought them in all three colors: cream, black & leopard. The small fit fine but I wanted them a little slouchier so I went with a medium.
CAMI FIT: TTS but size up if you want a slouchier fit
OVER THE KNEE BOOTS- I 100% bought these! They were super popular last year but I didn’t love the tie on the back. This year the boots stay up REALLY well and I love how they elongated the leg, added street style to the look and add texture to outfits.
BOOT FIT: TTS
LEATHER JACKET: I didn’t love any of the leather jackets this year. Of all of them I thought this was the best quality for the price.

*HIGH SELL OUT RISK* This leopard cardigan was a cult favorite last year and for good reason. The leopard print is on point. Sometimes leopard prints are weird! It is soft and the perfect length. I know cardigans can pill or get those little balls on them. I have this DEFUZZER and it works like a dream for removing those little ball fuzzies in a jiff.
BLACK JEANS: These are the Wit And Wisdom Absolution Jeans. They hold you in at the waist, have amazing stretch that doesn’t lose it’s shape and keep you looking smooth. These jeans won’t do you wrong.

*HIGH SELL OUT RISK* Spanx faux leather leggings sell out every year. They are normally $98-$100 and are marked down to $64. These are truly a miracle. Sarah Blakley isn’t a billionaire for no reason people! I size up to a medium in these belling shrinking, thigh slimming, cellulite erasing leggings.

*HIGH SELL OUT RISK* Patagonia and Northface sell out REALLY fast. I loved this easy zip on white Patagonia jacket. They don’t go on sale often and when they do it isn’t this steep of a discount. If you have kiddos, be sure to check out the kids Patagonia and kids Northface on sale.

*HIGH SELL OUT RISK* These moto leggings were already almost sold out in store. I’m wearing a medium in these and they fit perfectly. I love the mint color and thickness of these.

These joggers were one of my favorites in the athletic wear dept. They are lightweight but have a bit of stretch to them. For all mt sports moms or on the go moms out there, these will be your go-to pants when you don’t feel like leggings.
JOGGERS: Small
There were a few t-shirts at the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale this year but I wasn’t a huge fan of any of them…until I tried this one on. I found it in the lounge wear department and loved it. I like the oversized fit so you can knot it or tuck it in the front. It is also longer so depending on your height, you could wear it with leggings. It is oversized so I suggest sizing down.
WHITE TEE: XS, oversized fit so size down

*HIGH SELL OUT RISK* These neutralBootieswill sell out quickly. Again, the leather is super soft, the heel isn’t too high and the pointed toe elongates your leg.
BOOTS: TTS
Henleys are one of my staples during the fall and winter months. They look cute with leggings and jeans and you can layer them with scarves, coats and vests. Free People is a great quality brand and this henley did not disappoint.
HENLEY: Small
I had been wanting to try Good American Jeans for a while now. They come in a few different fits to compliment different parts of the body. I personally liked the higher waisted jean. They weren’t super high waisted but made the legs look longer. If you are shorter and don’t love high waisted jeans, try the Good American Good Legs jean.

BAREFOOT DREAMS BLANKET
The elusive Barefoot Dreams Blanket has sold out year after year and I miss out on it. Then I cry myself to sleep on a blanket that will never match the unicorn goodness of this blanket. But it doesn’t stop at the magical softness. This blanket also comes in multiple leopard prints and now a camo print! Don’t tell but I’m getting my mother in law the camo one for Christmas to put in their ranch house. This blanket normally retails for almost $200 and is on sale for $120. If you’d rather have shoes but want another amazingly soft blanket, this Kennebunk Throw is AMAZING and only $25.
